About CleanWhale in Lodz

We are a cleaning company operating in Lodz and the surrounding towns. The work is done by vetted cleaners who bring their own equipment and products; the client provides access to water and electricity, nothing else.

How we price

Everything is in the form before you book. A one-room flat is 184,90 zł, two rooms 229,90 zł, three rooms 274,90 zł, and each extra — a window at 40 zł a sash, an oven at 40 zł, cabinet interiors at 59 zł — is a separate line you tick yourself. We do not quote a range and settle up afterwards.

The same person where possible

After a first visit you have rated well, we try to assign the same cleaner to your address. It matters more than it sounds: someone who knows the flat does not have to ask each time where the cleaning cupboard is or which surfaces to leave alone.

What we say no to

We do not work at height outside a building, do not remove rubble or furniture, do not treat mould where the cause is damp in the wall, and do not repair damage — scratched baths, chipped enamel, worn carpet pile. Where cleaning will not improve something, we say so before starting rather than take the money for it.

Reports and documentation

After each visit the cleaner sends photographs of the rooms. For a rented flat, a short-let apartment or a handover to a landlord that is a record of the condition of the property on the day, and it settles most disputes before they start.

Where we work

The whole of Lodz — Baluty, Gorna, Polesie, Srodmiescie, Widzew — and Pabianice, Zgierz, Aleksandrow Lodzki and Konstantynow Lodzki. Travel is included in the price of the service.
