Reviews are left by clients after a completed visit, and they are the main thing we use to decide who keeps working at an address. A cleaner whose work is rated well is assigned to that client again; where the rating is poor, we send someone else rather than argue about it.
Rarely the floor. Almost always the details: limescale on the taps, the inside of the oven, the grouting in the shower area, marks by the light switches. Those are the points a landlord checks at a handover too, and they are where a visit is worth concentrating.
The cleaner sends pictures of the rooms when the work is finished. It is not a courtesy — for a rented flat or a short-let apartment it is a record of the condition of the property on that day, and it removes most of the reasons a dispute would start.
Tell us within twenty-four hours and we come back to put right what was missed, at no charge. That is more useful to both sides than a discount, and it is why we ask for the specific point rather than a general impression.
Normal wear. A scratched acrylic bath, chipped enamel, limescale sunk into the fine cracks of shower glass, worn carpet pile and furniture marks on laminate do not come off, whoever does the cleaning. We say so before starting instead of promising a result that cannot be delivered.
A one-room flat is 184,90 zł, two rooms 229,90 zł, three rooms 274,90 zł, and a regular schedule takes 10 or 15% off. Nothing about the price depends on the rating, in either direction.
