The full range of services in Lodz

Some jobs are charged per flat, some per square metre and some per item. Knowing which is which saves an unpleasant surprise: apartment cleaning goes by the number of rooms, commercial premises by area, and carpets and upholstery by the piece.

Homes

Standard cleaning of a one-room flat is 184,90 zł, two rooms 229,90 zł, three rooms 274,90 zł. Deep cleaning uses the same base plus the extras that make it deep: windows at 40 zł a sash, oven, fridge and cooker hood at 40 zł each, cabinet interiors at 59 zł. An hour of household help is 50 zł, ironing 45 zł an hour.

Offices and commercial premises

The base rate is 2 zł per square metre with a minimum order of 200 zł. It covers offices, shops, clinics, catering premises and staircases in residential buildings. Warehouses and production halls are quoted separately, because the floor type matters more there than the area. A single monthly invoice covers every visit in the month.

Textiles

Extraction cleaning at the client's home: a carpet is 10 zł per square metre, a two-seat sofa 140 zł, a three-seat 160 zł, a corner sofa from 170 to 200 zł depending on the number of seats, a single mattress 70 zł, a double 140 zł, an armchair 50 zł, a chair 20 zł. The minimum order for textiles is 120 zł. Leather is a separate service, from 149,90 zł, and car interiors are 299 zł.

After building work

Post-construction and post-renovation cleaning costs 6 zł per square metre, minimum 200 zł, and windows carrying film, glue and mortar are 50 zł each rather than 40 zł. It is a different job from ordinary cleaning: the dust is finer, settles again within minutes and has to be worked from the top down.

What we do not do

We do not work at height outside the building, do not remove rubble or furniture, do not carry out pest control or ozone treatment, and do not dry out damp walls after a flood. Where a job needs a different trade we say so instead of taking the money.
