One-off cleaning in Lodz

A one-off clean is an order with no commitment: we come once, do the flat and do not come back until you book another visit yourself. There is no contract, no subscription and no notice period. You pay for one service and the relationship ends there.

What it costs

The same as a first visit in any other arrangement: 184.90 zł for a one-room flat, 229.90 zł for two rooms, 274.90 zł for three. The minimum order is 135 zł. There are no loyalty discounts here and we do not pretend otherwise; those go only to regular customers, 10 % for two visits a month and 15 % for weekly ones.

What is in scope

Floors in every room, the kitchen across exposed surfaces, the bathroom in full, dust from furniture and sills, mirrors, skirting, handles and switches, rubbish taken out, beds made. Appliances inside, windows and cupboard interiors are extras priced separately.

A slot for today

An order placed before noon has a real chance of a free window the same day. After lunch what is usually left is the next morning. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest, so if a particular hour matters to you, it is worth booking it a day ahead.

What speeds up the visit

Clearing things off the floor and the worktops. That is the one thing that genuinely shortens the work: the team does not decide where to put your clothes or documents, so they work around them. An hour spent tidying beforehand is an hour that goes on dirt rather than on navigating obstacles.

What it does not include

Upholstery and carpet cleaning, which is a separate service with a 120 zł minimum. Post-renovation cleaning, charged at 6 zł per square metre. Cleaning windows from outside off a ladder. Removal of belongings or rubble.

Where we travel

Across the whole of Lodz and the towns around it: Pabianice, Zgierz, Aleksandrów Łódzki, Konstantynów Łódzki, Andrespol. Travel is included in the price. Outside the city we take same-day bookings less often; there dates are usually set a day ahead.

How long a one-off visit takes

A studio takes about three hours, two rooms three to four, three rooms four to five. If the flat has not been cleaned for a long time, it is worth adding an extra hour at 50 zł or a second cleaner; the second person does not add an hour, they halve the visit, which matters when the time is fixed.

No. You place the next order yourself, whenever you see fit.

Can I order only selected rooms?

Yes. A room costs 45 zł, a bathroom 45 zł, a hallway 35 zł, with a minimum order of 135 zł.

How do I pay?

After the service is done, in cash or by card. We take no prepayments.
