Deep cleaning in Lodz

Deep cleaning means order built from scratch: we reach the places an ordinary visit does not. Windows from inside, cupboard fronts and interiors, skirting, tiling, appliances inside and dust behind furniture, all in one entry instead of spread over several appointments.

How it differs from ordinary cleaning

A standard visit keeps a flat in the state it is already in. A deep clean changes that state. The difference is not thoroughness, since our teams clean just as carefully every time, but scope and time. The basic price for a flat does not include the oven inside, cupboard interiors or windows; in a deep clean those take up most of the visit.

What it costs

The starting point is the price for the flat: 184.90 zł for one room, 229.90 zł for two, 274.90 zł for three. On top of that come the things that separate a deep clean from an ordinary one: windows at 40 zł each, oven 40 zł, extractor hood 40 zł, fridge 40 zł, kitchen cupboard interiors 59 zł, wardrobe tidying 30 zł, balcony 30 zł.

A two-room flat with the full set of extras usually lands around 550 to 600 zł. You see the amount in the form before confirming the date and you pay nothing extra on site.

How long it takes

A studio with extras is five to six hours, two rooms six to eight, three rooms can take a full working day. For larger flats we send two people, not to work twice as fast but to close the job in one day rather than coming back the next.

When it is worth booking

After the heating season, when a whole winter's layer comes off the sills and radiators. Before Christmas. After a small renovation, if there was no full post-works clean. When moving into a flat after previous tenants. And once a year in a household where cooking happens every day.

What it does not include

A deep clean is still cleaning, not renovation work. We do not clean windows from outside off a ladder, we do not remove mould from walls, we do not take away rubble or furniture, and we do not clean upholstery; furniture and carpet cleaning is a separate service with a 120 zł minimum. We do not take curtains down for washing.

Choose the number of rooms in the form and tick the extras that should be in scope. You see the price immediately and payment follows the visit, in cash or by card. Cleaning products and equipment are on our side.

We cover the whole of Lodz — Bałuty, Górna, Polesie, Śródmieście and Widzew — and the towns around it: Pabianice, Zgierz, Aleksandrów Łódzki and Konstantynów Łódzki. Travel within that area is included, with no distance surcharge.

Flats in the tenements of Lodz

In old buildings a deep clean takes longer than in a block of the same size: with ceilings at three and a half metres the surface of walls, windows and panelling is half as large again, and old box joinery means twice as many panes to wash. It is worth allowing for that when choosing a date.

Do I have to be at home?

No. Key collection before the clean costs 30 zł and return afterwards another 30 zł. When it is finished you get photos of the rooms.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, as standard for companies. Private customers get one on request.

How quickly can a date be arranged?

With an order placed before noon the same day is often possible, but for a deep clean it is better to book a day ahead.
