Regular cleaning in Lodz

Regular cleaning means a fixed appointment and the same person, who knows your flat. After the first visit rated positively we try to assign the same cleaner, so you do not have to explain every time where the cupboard with the products is and what not to touch.

The discount depends on frequency

Weekly, 15 %. Every two weeks, 10 %. Once a month, 5 %. The discount is calculated from the base price: 184.90 zł for a one-room flat, 229.90 zł for two rooms, 274.90 zł for three. With a weekly visit to a two-room flat that comes to about 34 zł saved on every appointment.

Why a regular visit is shorter

Because less accumulates between one visit and the next. A flat cleaned weekly is done an hour faster than the same flat after a month's break, and that means something extra fits into the same time: the cooker once, the cupboards another time, the balcony after that. The basic scope stays the same, but you start catching up on things a single visit never has time for.

No fixed-term contract

You change or cancel the schedule yourself, in the customer panel or through the link in the confirmation text message. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. You can skip one visit, for a holiday for instance, and return to the rhythm at the next one.

How to choose the frequency

• a two-person household without pets — every two weeks
• a family with children or a home with pets — weekly
• someone living alone and often out — once a month
• a flat let by the night — after every guest

Billing

You pay after each visit, in cash or by card. For companies and anyone who prefers a single transfer, we collect all the month's visits into one invoice instead of settling each separately.

Where we work

Across the whole of Lodz — Bałuty, Górna, Polesie, Śródmieście, Widzew — and in Pabianice, Zgierz, Aleksandrów Łódzki and Konstantynów Łódzki. Travel is included in the price of the service.

The first visit is different

Before the rhythm begins, what has built up has to come off once. A first visit to a flat that has not been professionally cleaned for a long time takes longer, and it is often worth ordering a deep clean with extras for it: oven, windows and cupboards. Only from the second appointment does the work settle into a repeatable, shorter pattern.

What a regular schedule does not include

Upholstery and carpet cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and window cleaning; those are added to selected visits separately. A window costs 40 zł, a carpet 10 zł per square metre, post-renovation space 6 zł per metre. Many people write windows into the schedule twice a year, in spring and autumn, and never think about it again.

Will the same person always come?

We try to ensure that after the first visit. If the cleaner is ill or on leave a replacement comes, and we tell you in advance.

Can I change the day of the week?

Yes, in the customer panel or through the manager, at no extra charge.
