Warehouse and hall cleaning in Lodz

Lodz sits at the crossing of two motorways, and around it — in Stryków, Rzgów and near Teofilów — one of the largest logistics zones in the country has grown up. Cleaning a hall or a warehouse is a different job from cleaning an office: what counts is the area, the type of floor and whether the plant runs shifts.

Industrial flooring

Hardened concrete and resin behave differently from an office floor: the dirt is mainly dust, forklift tyre marks and technical spills. Ordinary mopping makes no sense here; a scrubber-drier is needed along with products matched to the type of floor. That is why when quoting we ask first about the substrate rather than the metres.

Working between shifts

In a plant running three shifts the window can be short and fall at night. In a seasonal warehouse, where traffic drops in particular months, a longer visit is easier. We build the schedule around the plant's rhythm, because cleaning while forklifts are running is simply unsafe.

The staff area

It is the staff area that decides how employees rate their conditions, and it is there that a skipped day shows immediately. Changing rooms, canteen and toilets are serviced daily even when the hall is on a sparser schedule; cutting back on those rooms in particular always ends in complaints.

Price and billing

The base rate for office space is 2 zł per square metre with a minimum order of 200 zł. Halls and warehouses are quoted individually, after a description of the area, the floor type and the frequency; the office rate does not cover them. The month's visits are collected into one invoice.

What we do not do

We do not work at height: no roof structures, skylights, high-bay racking or fittings under the ceiling. We do not remove industrial or hazardous waste, we do not service separators and we do not clean production machinery. We do not enter zones requiring separate permits or the plant's own safety training.

Where we travel

To Lodz and the whole surrounding area: Stryków, Rzgów, Ksawerów, Andrespol, Pabianice, Zgierz. Travel within that area is included in the price of the service.

The season in logistics

Warehouses around Stryków and Rzgów have a clear peak in autumn, before Christmas, when stock turnover rises several times over. Dust and tyre marks increase in proportion and the cleaning window shrinks to a minimum. It is worth agreeing the schedule for that period in advance, because squeezing in an ad hoc visit at the peak of the season rarely works.
