A medical, dental or beauty practice is cleaned differently from an office. It is not about greater thoroughness but a different order and a different emphasis: what matters most are the touch surfaces and the waiting area, through which dozens of people pass in a day.
They decide the result. A handle, a switch, the arm of a waiting room chair and the reception desk see more contact in a day than the whole floor put together. In a practice we do them first and separately, not incidentally while wiping the furniture.
After consulting hours or before they start. In practices running two shifts we arrange a window between them. A visit during consultations makes no sense: patients are sitting in the waiting area, and a wet floor in a walkway is a risk not worth taking in a place where some people move on crutches.
We do not handle medical waste; it is subject to separate regulations and must go to a specialist collector. We do not disinfect medical equipment, we do not operate autoclaves and we do not enter treatment rooms while they are in use. We do not carry out fumigation or ozonation.
The base rate is 2 zł per square metre with a minimum order of 200 zł, and the actual amount is set after a description of the space and the frequency. The month's visits are collected into one invoice. On a weekly schedule the discount is 15 %, with two visits a month 10 %.
Waiting room armchairs and chairs wear out faster than anything else in the practice. Once every six months it is worth adding cleaning: a chair 20 zł, an armchair 50 zł, carpet 10 zł per square metre, with a minimum order of 120 zł.
Across the whole of Lodz and the surrounding area, including Pabianice and Zgierz. Travel is included in the price of the service.
A patient spends most time there and judges the practice by it, not by the consulting room where they spend a quarter of an hour. That is why on a shortened visit we never cut back on the waiting area or the toilets; we save on administrative rooms, where little changes over a day.
Who opens the premises, where municipal waste goes and which rooms we do not enter: treatment rooms, the medicine store, the server room. Boundaries discussed once save misunderstandings for the whole period of cooperation.
