After-party cleaning in Lodz

After-party cleaning has one feature that sets it apart from every other visit: speed of response matters. A red wine stain on a carpet dealt with the next morning almost always comes out. The same stain after three days, only partly. It is not a question of products but of how long the pigment has had to bind to the fibre.

What the visit covers

• collecting and removing bottles, packaging and rubbish
• washing up, an extra at 25 zł
• the kitchen: worktops, sink, hob, fridge outside
• the bathroom in full, with disinfection
• floors in every room
• removing stains from floors and hard surfaces
• airing and putting the furniture back

Stains on textiles

Carpet and upholstery are a separate service: extraction cleaning, carpet 10 zł per square metre, two-seat sofa 140 zł, armchair 50 zł, with a minimum order of 120 zł. Ordinary cleaning will not remove a stain from fabric; that is different technology and different equipment. If you know something was spilt, order both services together.

What not to try yourself

Rubbing a stain dry and pouring household chemicals on it. The first drives the pigment deeper, the second usually fixes it in the fibre, and then even extraction will not give a full result. The best thing to do before we arrive is to blot up the excess liquid with white, absorbent material, without rubbing.

What it costs

The base is the same as for ordinary cleaning: 184.90 zł for one room, 229.90 zł for two, 274.90 zł for three. On top of that, dishes at 25 zł and, if needed, an extra hour at 50 zł. After a really large party a second cleaner for a surcharge often makes more sense; they do not add an hour, they halve the visit.

The appointment

Best the next morning. It is worth placing the order before the party or that same night, when the chance of a free window is highest. We work Monday to Saturday between eight and six.

A party in rented premises

If a hall or an apartment was hired by the hour, the cleaning usually has to be finished before the agreed key handover time. What then counts is how many people come rather than how many hours you book: with a fixed deadline a second cleaner halves the visit and it is the only thing that genuinely works.

What to prepare

Pick up any broken glass from the floor and show us where the rubbish bags should go. The rest is on our side, along with the products and equipment.

Do you take out bottles and cartons?

Yes, to a designated place on the property. We do not remove waste off the property.

Will you remove the smell of smoke?

From hard surfaces, yes. From textiles only upholstery cleaning will, and not always completely.

Will you come on Sunday?

No, we work until Saturday. Sunday requests are handled on Monday morning.
