Shop cleaning in Lodz

A shop is cleaned before opening or after closing, and in both cases the same priority applies: the sales floor and the window. They decide whether a passer-by comes in, while the back of house can wait until the end of the visit.

What the visit covers

The shop window

In a shop on a busy street the glass loses its look in two days: dust, hand marks and rain carrying exhaust fumes. From the inside we clean it as part of the visit. We also clean it from outside at pavement level, but large shop windows are counted as separate items at 40 zł; we agree that at the quoting stage, because in a retail unit the glass area is often larger than the floor area.

The floor in the entrance zone

All the dirt from the street lands here first, and in winter salt and sand are added. The strip from the door into the shop needs two passes rather than one, and it is what spoils the impression of the whole interior fastest, which is why we always do it, even on a shortened visit.

Fitting rooms

In clothing shops these are the most neglected spaces: mirror, seat, hooks and floor in a small, enclosed area. A customer spends several minutes alone with that interior and judges it more closely than the sales floor.

Price and billing

The base rate is 2 zł per square metre with a minimum order of 200 zł, quoted after a description of the unit and the frequency. One collective invoice a month, with a 15 % discount on a daily schedule.

What we do not do

We do not arrange stock or tidy displays, we do not clean refrigeration units inside, we do not clean shop windows from a lift and we do not handle waste beyond taking it to the designated place.

Where we work

Across the whole of Lodz: Piotrkowska, Manufaktura, shopping centres and units on the main streets, and also in Pabianice and Zgierz. Travel is included.

Winter in a retail unit

From November to March the salt and sand carried in on shoes damage the floor faster than ordinary dirt and leave white streaks that water alone will not lift. We then work with salt-neutralising products; it costs the same and adds years to the life of the floor in the entrance zone.

The first visit

It takes longer than the ones that follow, because whatever built up under the previous contractor comes off in one go. It is worth treating it as a separate job rather than the first appointment on the schedule.

Yes, from six in the morning, if the unit is accessible then.

Who opens the shop?

The manager or the centre's security. Key collection for 30 zł is also possible.

Can you service several outlets of one chain?

Yes, with a single monthly settlement for all the locations.
