Cleaning after pets in Lodz

In a home with a pet, cleaning has two aims that cannot be achieved by one treatment: removing hair and removing odour. The first is handled by an ordinary visit. The second almost never is, because odour does not sit on the floor but in the textiles.

Hair

A vacuum picks up what lies on the surface. Hair tangled into carpet pile, into sofa upholstery and into a mattress stays, and it is what creates the impression that a flat smells of animal despite daily cleaning. Only extraction cleaning pulls it out: carpet 10 zł per square metre, two-seat sofa 140 zł, armchair 50 zł, with a minimum order of 120 zł.

The litter tray

The most common single source of odour in a flat with a cat. Changing the litter and washing the tray is an extra at 10 zł. Leave fresh litter somewhere visible: we do not look inside cupboards and we do not buy litter on the customer's behalf. With two trays, add the item twice.

What no cleaning will change

Claw marks on leather and wood. Urine that has passed through upholstery into the foam or through a carpet into the underlay: the surface will be clean, but a trace remains inside, and with longer neglect the odour too. We say so before starting rather than promising a result that cannot be delivered.

The pet during the visit

It can stay in the flat if it is not aggressive towards strangers. Mention it when booking: the cleaner will watch the entrance and balcony doors and will give the animal time to move to another room before vacuuming. We do not feed, walk or shut in animals.

A sensible plan

Regular cleaning every week or two; with a pet at home that rhythm works better than a monthly rescue operation. Plus textile cleaning twice a year: carpet, sofa and mattress in one visit, because dust and hair circulate between them and cleaning one gives half the effect.

The base price

Cleaning a flat is 184.90 zł for one room, 229.90 zł for two, 274.90 zł for three. On a regular schedule the discount is 10 % for two visits a month and 15 % for weekly ones.

A rented flat with a pet

At a change of tenant owners usually order the full set: basic cleaning, the litter tray, carpet and mattress cleaning. The next tenant judges a flat by nose faster than by eye, and what sits in the textiles does not show in listing photos.

Yes, equipment is on our side. A vacuum on the order is an extra at 28 zł if you do not have your own.

Do you use products that are safe for animals?

Yes, and surfaces the animal comes into contact with are rinsed with water.

Will you remove the odour from the whole flat?

We remove its sources: the litter tray and soiled textiles. Odour absorbed by foam and underlay we do not promise.
