Price list for cleaning in Lodz

Prices are fixed and shown in full in the booking form before you confirm a date. There is no travel surcharge inside Lodz and the agglomeration, and nothing is added on site.

Flats

One room 184,90 zł, two rooms 229,90 zł, three rooms 274,90 zł. Minimum order 135 zł. Priced by room instead: a room 45 zł, a bathroom 45 zł, a hallway 35 zł. An additional hour of work 50 zł, ironing 45 zł an hour, washing up 25 zł, a vacuum cleaner brought to the job 28 zł.

Extras

Window 40 zł per sash, 50 zł after building work. Oven 40 zł, fridge 40 zł, cooker hood 40 zł. Inside of kitchen cabinets 59 zł, the whole kitchen 229 zł. Balcony 30 zł, wardrobe tidying 30 zł, cat litter tray 10 zł. Key collection 30 zł each way.

Commercial premises

Offices, shops, clinics and staircases from 2 zł per square metre, minimum order 200 zł. Post-construction and post-renovation surfaces 6 zł per square metre, minimum 200 zł. Handyman work from 150 zł. Garden work 2 zł per square metre, minimum 300 zł.

Discounts

A regular schedule reduces the price: 10% for two visits a month, 15% for weekly cleaning. The discount applies from the moment the schedule is set, not after some qualifying period, and there is no fixed-term contract.
