Office cleaning prices in Lodz

The base rate is 2 zł per square metre with a minimum order of 200 zł. That covers offices, shops, clinics, catering premises and the staircases of residential buildings. The final figure depends on the area, the layout and how often we come.

What is included in the rate

Floors throughout, desks and free surfaces, glass partitions and doors, the kitchen area, the whole of the toilets with disinfection, bins emptied and relined, reception and the entrance zone. Touch surfaces — handles, switches, the reception counter — are done first and separately.

What is charged on top

Windows 40 zł per sash, office chairs 20 zł each, fitted carpet cleaned by extraction 10 zł per square metre. Post-construction and post-renovation surfaces are 6 zł per square metre with a minimum of 200 zł, and windows carrying film and mortar are 50 zł rather than 40 zł.

Warehouses and production halls

These are quoted separately. On hardened concrete and epoxy the floor type matters more than the area, because the work needs a scrubber-drier and products matched to the surface. That is why we ask about the floor before we ask about the square metres.

Discounts and invoicing

10% for two visits a month, 15% for a weekly or more frequent schedule. Every visit in a month goes onto a single invoice with a list of dates, with the payment terms agreed. We work after your team's hours or before them.

The first visit

It takes longer than the ones that follow, because whatever built up under the previous contractor comes off in one go. It is worth treating as a separate job rather than the first date in a schedule.
